| Exactly a year ago, I made my first post on this blog. The photo was of one of my favorite places: The Swiss Alps, Schilthorn viewed from the Piz Gloria. 365 days and 254 posts later (I'd like to improve that posting frequency), here is another shot, a slightly different view of the amazing Swiss Alps. There is a spec of lens glare and the shot is also taken against light but I love this shot for the panorama, the enormousness of these mountains and the ice-cream like texture of the snow. In this one year, my blog has generated considerable traffic and visibility, thanks to all you visitors, friends and family - without your support there would be far fewer pictures on this blog.
